Ives Concert Park in Danbury: Music, Hiking Trails and Live Performances

A prestigious outdoor park and performing arts center, Ives Concert Park in Danbury is a popular gathering place for locals and visitors to enjoy the great outdoors. See live performances at the majestic outdoor amphitheater or stroll through 40 wooded acres of breathtaking gardens and public hiking trails. Just minutes from Crowne Plaza Danbury, Ives also regularly hosts a variety of world-renowned local, regional, national and international artists.

A General parking is available in the lot at the hilltop; in the spaces around Pinney Hall; in the garage behind Centennial Hall; and in the lot adjacent to the Westside Classroom Building. There are also two VIP parking lots adjacent to the O’Neill Center, and Handicap parking is every space along University Boulevard. A There are usually numerous vendors and food trucks on-site during events at Ives Concert Park. Check out regular favorites such as the Weenie Lynn hot dog stand, Hog Wild Barbecue, and the Ice Cream Guy, or pack your own picnic lunch to dine al fresco.
